DDC is Open for Business
As the effects of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) are being felt all over the world, it is not surprising that we are taking precautions and reviewing how we can best serve our customers.
Our home testing service remains unchanged.
Some customers requiring a third party sample collection may be concerned about travelling to have samples taken, particularly if this involves public transport or a visit to a GP/Surgery. This is particularly important if you are in the at risk group with an underlying health issues.
As a result, we are expanding our home collection service where our trained sample collectors can come to your home to complete paperwork and take samples.
For those clients that would still wish to attend our offices in London, we are happy to continue to book appointments and will be waiving the sample collection fees.
We share this with you to keep you informed and to assure you that we are working hard to take care of you, our customers, as well as our employees.
What this means:
DDC continues receiving and processing samples from around the world and will post your results as soon as possible
